Which Markdown does it support?
CommonMark plus GitHub additions: tables, task lists with [ ] and [x], strikethrough with ~~, and bare links. Headings, lists, quotes, code blocks and images all work.
Why is my HTML shown as text?
Raw HTML inside the Markdown is escaped, so the output is safe to put on a page even if the Markdown came from someone else. Use Markdown syntax instead.
Why did a link lose its address?
Only http, https, mailto, tel and relative links are kept. Links like javascript: can run code, so they keep their text but lose the link.
Why do images from other sites show as text in the preview?
The preview only loads images from this site, so no other site learns what you are writing. The HTML output keeps the image tags as written.
